Registered yoga instructor and bereavement counselor Ryan Mahler will guide you through simple breathing and stretching exercises designed to help you navigate the emotional ups and downs that follow a loss. You will learn both how to build energy and how to invite calm and rest. No skill or flexibility required! Mats and chairs will be provided.
