A seven-session virtual support group for those who have lost a spouse or constant companion
For many, the death of a spouse or constant companion is the most difficult loss they have ever faced. If this is true for you, you may benefit from connecting with others who are on a similar journey. A grief support group offers a safe setting to meet and talk about your experience, share ideas and give each other courage.
Choose the group that works best for you:
Virtual Evening Group: Thursdays, Sept 22, 29, Oct 6, 13, 20, 27, Nov 3 | 6– 7:30 p.m
Meetings to be held virtually via Zoom
In-Person Daytime Group: Wednesdays, Sept 7, 14, 21, 28, Oct 5, 2, 19 | 2 – 3:30 p.m. Meetings to be held in-person at 914 Chapel Hill Road, Burlington, NC
