Workshops Offered

The purpose of these workshops is to provide education and support for those individuals who are grieving due to the recent loss of a loved one. AuthoraCare Grief Support provides a safe and caring place to talk freely about feelings and reactions.

Our topics include understanding grief, accepting and expressing feelings, understanding and coping with stress and support systems. Our hope is that group participants will better understand the grief process, maintain their physical and emotional health and find comfort in sharing with others who have experienced similar losses.
