Registered yoga instructor and bereavement counselor Ryan Mahler will guide you through simple breathing and stretching exercises designed to help you get energized when you need to face your day, and to help you get calm when you need rest and retreat. No skill or flexibility required! All you’ll need is comfortable clothes, a quiet space, and either a mat or carpet beneath you.
We will be using the video conferencing tool, Zoom, for this virtual yoga class.
