A Six-Session Support Group for those who have lost a parent
When a parent dies, we can lose a best friend, our biggest fan, our sense of security, the “hub” of the family and the one who best knows our personal story. We also lose the chance to ever fix or make right what was difficult about the relationship.
In this six-session support group, participants will take the time to:
- Share stories.
- Come to a better understanding of the grief process.
- Find ways to cope with the many losses that have come with this one death.
- Remember and honor them.
February 16, 23; March 2, 9, 16, 23 (please plan to attend each session)
