Meet Our Panelists

Tiffany Reed, D.O.
Chronic Disease Management & Palliative Care Medical Director

Dr. Tiffany Reed completed her undergraduate, medical school and residency back home in Pennsylvania before moving to North Carolina to pursue her clinician-educator geriatrics fellowship at Duke University. Since then, she practiced person-centered geriatric care in Greensboro for over 10 years. Dr. Reed served as a Certified Medical Director of Well-Spring Retirement Community as well as several local skilled nursing facilities during that time. She is now Medical Director of Chronic Disease Management and Palliative Care at AuthoraCare Collective.


Meet Our Moderator

Risa Hanau, LCSW is the Clinical and Community Educator at AuthoraCare Collective. Risa is a seasoned presenter and teacher in the area of end-of-life and ethics. She is a member of the Cone Health Ethics Committee. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker by training and holds a Master of Social Work from The University of Pennsylvania.
