Vietnam War Pinning

  • This event has passed.

Due to an abundance of caution, our Vietnam War Commemoration Event scheduled for April 4th at the Lusk Center has been canceled due to concerns over the COVID-19 coronavirus.

The event may be re-scheduled at some time in the future, so watch for news of another date!

Please stay healthy and remember to wash your hands!!

The United States of America Department of Defense Vietnam War Commemoration was established in the 2008 National Defense Authorization Act to thank and honor veterans of the Vietnam War, highlight their service and pay tribute to their contributions.
On Saturday, April 4, there will be a Vietnam War Commemoration Ceremony to honor Vietnam-era veterans. The War Commemoration Ceremony is part of an ongoing national effort to honor all Vietnam-era veteran military service members who were on active duty between November 1, 1955, and May 15, 1975, regardless of where they served. These veterans are eligible to receive a Vietnam Veteran lapel pin at the ceremony.
