A growing body of research tells us that attending to our spiritual well-being helps us to heal from grief and loss. Yet “attending to spiritual well-being” can look very different for each of us, and we may sometimes find that in grief, those beliefs and practices that have traditionally sustained us are no longer meeting our needs. In this workshop, we will explore the connection between grief and spirituality with a goal of fostering a sense of deeper, more sustaining connection—to self, to others, and/or to the Divine. People of all spiritual beliefs, traditions, and practices are welcome and encouraged to attend.
Monday, August 9, 6 – 7:30 p.m.
Tuesday, August 10, 12:30 – 2:00 p.m.
