AuthoraCare Collective’s Grief Support & Counseling Center will present Resiliency Amidst Grief, a 90-minute workshop for adults, from noon to 1:30 p.m. Monday, January 23, at the Lusk Education Center, 2501 Summit Ave., Greensboro.

Participants will learn about the power of resiliency during times of overwhelming struggle. Using research-based techniques and learning from others who have traveled a similar path, you’ll learn how to tap into your pre-existing strengths and resilience to help you navigate life during loss.
