Reflections of Love, Loss & Healing: An Expressive Arts Workshop

Join us for a 90-minute workshop in which Bereavement Counselor Jasmine Diaz will educate participants on utilizing art therapy to assist with processing grief emotions. Participants will create a grief mirror that symbolizes the reflection of your story and memories shared with your loved one. General supplies will be provided, but participants are welcome to bring pictures and other items unique to your loved one to add to your mirror.
